Provide Senior Project Manager and Organizational Change Management consulting support for the citywide migration to Microsoft Office 365 Platform (including Office, Email, Teams/IM and One Drive.)

Provide Project Coordinator / management support for several IT Operations / Infrastructure projects including: Sophos Endpoint Protection City-side Deployment for network security management, Office 365 migration, Password Update, and Nutanix implementation.
SAP Ariba System Implementation / Business Process Improvements
Provided Senior Project Management, Organizational Change Management, and Training Development Services consulting support for the implementation of SAP Ariba Supplier Information Management, Contracts, Sourcing, and Procure to Pay modules and integration with backend SAP Financials. This system enables the City to process bids and contracts electronically, establish a vendor portal to access/process City procurement information, and electronically process procurement transactions including purchase orders/goods receipt, invoice submission/approval/payment processing, and shopping cart driven purchasing via vendor catalogs for General Government and Tacoma Public Utilities (Water, Power, Rail, Click! Cable TV).
Information Management System Implementation
Provided Senior Project Manager consulting support for strategic program planning, requirements definition, vendor selection, and pilot design / development / testing / implementation of an electronic content storage system with citywide taxonomy and records classification rules. The planned solution is SharePoint cloud-based with RecordPoint records management add-on product and is anticipated to be rolled out citywide. This system will help employees better organize and find their electronic content documents and records (including e-mail) and comply with State and Federal regulatory requirements.
HANA Analytics Implementation

Provided strategic consulting support to develop an overall roadmap for an IT Transformation initiative. Conducted current state analysis, identified best practice opportunities, created a future state vision, created a go-forward near-term plan focused on changes in organization, approach, staffing, resource deployment, and decision frameworks to jump start the change processes aligned with the new vision. Identified improvement opportunities in governance, project selection and initiation, and project communications/management.

- New Hire On-boarding - Addressed streamlining the process steps for onboarding City of Tacoma employees from completion of the Personnel Action Request through new hire training. Implemented electronic forms and workflows, interfaces to SAP and Active Directory, and developed reporting/status dashboards.
- Retirement System Operational Efficiency - Provided electronic records for the self-administered Tacoma Retirement System and automated access to existing retiree records and workflow capabilities to support retiree primary business processes. Built an interface between SAP and the City of Tacoma/Pierce County Health Department to transfer payroll information.
- Streamline Terminations/Separations and Off-boarding - Defined the process steps and system requirements for off-boarding a City of Tacoma employee. Developed the business case and managed the implementation of system updates.
